JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Performs routine security checks of facility and grounds.
- Performs emergency maintenance repairs such as: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.
- Provides back-up relief for evening and weekend concierge.
- Record safety or security issues to be handled by Director or maintenance staff.
- Is on call for disaster emergencies such as: snow, ice storms, fire, tornados and floods. May be required to participate in weekly call schedule.
EXPERIENCE
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Security: 2 years (Preferred)
EDUCATION
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
- Driver's License(Required)
